Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.14) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Part 111 of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' on the following lengths various roads in the City of Chelmsford:

NORTH SIDE: from a point approximately 30.5 metres from the roundabout junction with Gershwin Boulevard for a distance of approximately 33.4 metres in a south-westerly direction to the highway boundary for access to plot 18.
Road 1 Gershwin Development
NORTH SIDE: from a point at the highway boundary of the access to plot 18, for a distance of approximately 10.3 metres in a south westerly direction.
Road 1 Gershwin Development
SOUTH SIDE: from a point approximately 30.5 metres from the roundabout junction with Gershwin Boulevard, for a distance of approximately 17.7metres, north easterly to the junction with Road 2.

SOUTH SIDE: from a point at the junction with Road 2, for a distance of approximately 25.7metres in a north westerly direction.
Road 2 Gershwin Development
BOTH SIDES: from the junction with Road 1, north easterly for a distance of approximately 24.0 metres to the extent of the highway boundary of road.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stepping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tiles TL805127 Rev 0 to Rev 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 30 December 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(London Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of London Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with King William Roundabout to its junction with Queenborough Lane a distance of approximately 355m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2307558 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via King William Roundabout, Notley Cross, Garden Village Way, Garden Village Way Roundabout At Business Park, Garden Village Way Roundabout Cuckoo Way, Cuckoo Way, London Road Roundabout, London Road, London Road Roundabout North and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 30th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Notley Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Notley Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 10m south of its junction with Godlings Way for a distance of approximately 12m (including bridge span) to its junction with St Johns Avenue. The closure is scheduled to continue from 2nd January 2022, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10002624 - Essex County Council). (Blackmore End, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blackmore End, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Beazley End to its junction with Hedingham Road a distance of approximately 3250m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321232 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while post and rail fencing replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Hedingham Road, Wethersfield Road, Almshouse Green, Prayors Hill, Rectory Road, Swan Street, Potter Street, Queen Street, Braintree Road, Halstead Road, The Street, Church Road, Parkhall Road, Beazley End and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Codham Mill Lane & Beazley End, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Codham Mill Lane, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Beazley End for a distance of approximately 75m in a south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Beazley End, Wethersfield, in the District of Braintee from a point approximately 400m south west of its junction with Parkhall Road for a distance of approximately 220m in a south westerly then south easterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 10th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLFF33S01 & 02 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.

The Order came into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLKGC0N01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole renewal works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, The Street, London Road, Mowden Hall Lane, Crabb's Hill and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lombard Street, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Finchingfield Road for a distance of approximately 230m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458293244 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Wethersfield Road, Sculpins Lane, Daw Street, Mill Road, Whinbush Farm Road, Cross Hill, Willows Road and vice versa (with access only in Lombard Street).

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Noakes Farm Road, Terling in the District of Braintree from its junction with Rolls Farm Lane to its junction with Birds Farm Road a distance of approximately 1225m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th January 2022 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320389 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th January 2022 for 3 nights (19:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD01557939110 - Anglian Water).
