(To use vacant shop as restaurant and bar serving food and alcoholic beverages, Dine in and takeout) For the following licensable activities. Opening hours Sunday Thursday 07.00 to 00.00 Friday Saturday 07.00 01.00. 1. The provision of the sale of alcohol ON and OFF the premises on Sunday to Thursday from 07.00 to 00.00 and Friday to Saturday 07.00 to 01.00. 2. The provision of live music in and outside the premises on Sunday to Thursday from 07.00 to 00.00 and Friday to Saturday 07.00 to 1.00. 3. The provision of recorded music in and outside the premises on Sunday to Thursday from 07.00 to 00.00 and Friday to Saturday from 07.00 to 1.00. 4. The provision of late night refreshments inside and outside the premises on Sunday to Thursday from 23.00 to 00.00 and Friday to Saturday from 23.00 to 01.00. A record of the application can be inspected by members of the public between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the office of the Licensing Authority of Knowsley MBC which is located at; Knowsley MBC Licensing Service Environmental Health and Consumer Protection, 2nd Floor, Yorkon Building, Archway Road, Knowsley, Merseyside L36 9FB. Any written representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than the 7th of January 2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
