Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for grant of premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Mr Thuhendira Anantharasa applied to South Somerset Council on 17/12/2021 for a licence to use the premises 'Chard News' at 37-39 Fore Street, Chard TA20 1PT, for the licensable activity of 'the sale by retail of alcohol' in an 'off sales' capacity. for the following days / hours: Monday - Sunday 06.30 - 22.30 Representations should be made in writing to: South Somerset District Council, Licensing Services, Brympton Way, Yeovil BA20 2HT or by email to: licensing@southsomerset.gov.uk by 13th January 2022 (following the submission of a valid application submitted on the 17/12/21). Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection wth an application and is subject to a fine of any ammount on summary conviction for the offence.
