Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 Section 17(5) Notice is hereby given that Colchester Amphora Trading Ltd has applied in respect of the Northern Gateway Sports Park, Cuckoo Farm Way, Colchester, C04 5YX for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Plays, Films, Live music, Recorded music, Dance and Supply of alcohol between the hours of 10.00 and 23.00. Representations to this application must be made in writing by Monday 17th January 2022 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
