NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL and VARIATION OFA SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

To all persons whom it may concern. Notice is hereby given that Timothy Hemming of Simply Pleasure Limited, Unit B, Stirling Business Park, 6 Nimrod Way, East Dorset Trade Park, Wimborne, Dorset, BD21 7SH made application to Darlington Borough Council being the licensing authority for the purposes of Section 2 of the above Act for the licencing authority for the purposes of Section 2 of the above Act for the Renewal of a licence to use premises situate at 71 Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7JT. Any persons objecting to the application must give notice in writing of such objection to the said Council Licensing, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT stating in general terms the grounds of such objection, not later than 28 days after 24th January 2014, being the date of application.
