The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Forty Green Road, Forty Green in the Parish of Perm CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Forty Green Road for approximately 62m. Alternative route: Forty Green Road, Penn Road, Witheridge Lane, Church Road, Pauls Hill, Gatemoor Hill, Gatemoor Lane U633, Bayleys Bottom and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new connection. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works, take place commencing on 18 December 2021. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 December 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst Openreach pole testing works take place commencing on 22 December 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 December 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst Openreach tree cutting and pole testing works take place commencing on 20 December 2021 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 December 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road ssl, 2 and 4 of the Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to create a point which will prohibit the access of motor vehicles along part of Trinity Road, Marlow.
A copy of the draft Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury.
