An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Starlight Concerts Live (Entertainment) Ltd in respect of Lydiard Park, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 3PA.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: The outdoor performance of film, dance, live music, recorded music and on premises supply of alcohol once annually on one consecutive Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Up to 4,999 persons per day. The licensable activities between 12.00 to 23.00hrs on Friday, 12.00 to 23.00hrs on Saturday and 12.00 to 23.00hrs on Sunday.
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between Thursday 16th December 2021 and Wednesday 12th January 2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a Swinoon maximum fine of £5,000.
