PROPOSALS
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Orders on 7 December 2021. The Orders come into operation on 20 December 2021 as detailed In the Schedules below. SUPPORTING INFORMATION From 17 December 2021 a copy of this Notice, copies of the Orders, plans Illustrating the proposals, the reasons for the proposals and the Orders being amended, may be Inspected online at:

REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained In It on the grounds that It Is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any Instrument made under It has not been compiled with In relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 7 December 2021, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Regulation of Traffic Movement and Speed Limits) (Churchfield Road) (Amendment No. 56) Order 2021
The effect of the Order is to make permanent the provisions of the experimental order Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Churchfield Road) (Moving Traffic) (Experimental) Order 2020, as advertised and consulted on from 21 August 2020 until 14 March 2021 (ref ETRO/10 2020), to prohibit motor vehicles entering and leaving Churchfield Rd at Its junction with Fernside Rd. Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation, On-Street Parking Places and Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment No. 10) (Part 2) Order 2021
The parking restriction as advertised and consulted on from 4 June 2021 until 25 June 2021 (In the proposals ref P10 2021) Is due to be implemented on Russel Rd (outside No. 14).
