Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

Marks & Spencer Plc has given to City of York Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, Unit A, Vangarde Way, Monks Cross, York, YO32 9AE. The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on at the premises are the sale by retail of alcohol. The Licensing Register of City of York Council is held at Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS and, where applicable, at www.york.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council to be received at their above address by no later than 20 February 2014. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
