Bydd y Gorchymyn hefyd yn dargyfeirio llwybr ceffylau Rhif 24 Pendeulwyn o'r gyffordd a llwybr troed Rhif 27 Llanddunwyd ar lifddor Pysgodlyn Mawr ar CGC 304256 176082 yna'n rhedeg tua'r dwyrain hyd at bwynt ar CGC 304303 176188 at linell sy'n rhedeg yn gyfochrog ac i'r de o'r gyffordd a'r Llwybr Ceffylau sydd newydd ei ddargyfeirio Rhif 27 Llanddunwyd ar bont i'r de o'r llyn ar CGC 304260 176075 yna tua'r dwyrain hyd at bwynt ar CGC 304303 176188 fel y nodir yn yr Atodlen ac a ddangosir ym map y Gorchymyn.
Mae copi o'r Gorchymyn fel y'i cadarnhawyd a map y Gorchymyn wedi eu gosod a gellir eu gweld am ddim yn y Swyddfeydd Dinesig, Heol Holltwn, Y Barri, Bro Morgannwg CF63 4RU. Gellir prynu coplau o'r gorchymyn a map am E4.50.
?aw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 30 Tachwedd 2021, ond os bydd person yn teimlo ei fod wedi'i dramgwyddo gan y Gorchymyn ac yn amau ei ddilysrwydd, neu unrhyw ddarpariaethau sydd wedi'u cynnwys ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau Deddf Priffyrdd 1980 fel y'i diwygiwyd, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, fel y'i diwygiwyd, neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed dan y Ddeddf mewn cysylltiad a'r Gorchymyn, gall, dan baragraff 2 Atodlen 2 y ?deddf fel y nodir ym mharagraff 5 Atodlen 6 o'r ?deddf, o fewn 6 wythnos o 16 Rhagfyr 2021 wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL
(PUBLIC BRIDLEWAYS N° 27 WELSH ST DO NATS
AND N°24 PENDOYLAN
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021
On the 30th November, 2021 the Vale of Glamorgan Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert public bridleway No.27 Welsh St Donats from a point to the west of Pysgodlyn Mawr NGR 304215 176030 then running eastwards to its junction with bridleway No.24 Pendoylan on the Pysgodlyn Mawr sluice NGR 304256 176082 to a line from NGR 304215 176030 running parallel and to the south of the original alignment to terminate on a bridge south of the lake at NGR 304260 176075. The Order will also divert bridleway No.24 Pendoylan from its junction with bridleway No.27 Welsh St Donats on the Pysgodlyn Mawr sluice at NGR 304256 176082 then running eastwards to a point at NGR 304303 176188 to a line running parallel and to the south from its junction with the newly diverted Bridleway No.27 Welsh St Donats on a bridge south of the lake at NGR 304260 176075 then eastwards to a point at NGR 304303 176188 as set out in the Schedule and shown in the Order map.
A copy of the Order as confirmed and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan CF63 4RU. Copies of the order and map may be bought at a price of E4.50.
This Order comes into force on 30th November, 2021, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 16th December 2021 make an application to the High Court.
