Notice is hereby given that Fusion Feast Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Crown of Mitcham Carshalton Road Mitcham Surrey CR4 4HJ. The variation proposed is as follows:-Application is made to amend the licensing plan in accordance with drawing number 20.060.SRR 200 dated June 2021 which accompanies this application and also to amend the opening hours to 8am daily, to provide the flexibility to open earlier for non-licensable activities e.g. sale of tea/coffee/breakfast A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of London Borough of Merton Council Licensing Authority, Alcohol Licensing I st Floor Annexe Merton Civic Centre London Road Morden SM4 5DX

during normal office hours. This application was lodged with London Borough of Merton Council LicensingAutrionty on 06/12/2021 and any representations must be made in writing to London Borough of Merton Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 03/01/2022.
