Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Harvester, Old Castle Road, Salisbury, SPI 3SF applied to Wiltshire Council (Salisbury Area) for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant such variation to have effect upon the completion of the works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing. Permitted hours and licensable activities remain as existing. Please see application for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Officer, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services and Licensing, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, SPI 3UZ, no later than 07 January 2022 stating the grounds for representation.
