Notice of Application for Hazardous Substances Consent
I give notice that Air Products PLC is applying to the South Oxfordshire District Council for hazardous substances consent in accordance with The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 and the planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015 for the storage and/or use of hazardous substances as defined in tables A,B,C,D and E of the application at Harrier Park, Hawksworth, Didcot, OX11 7PL. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at the above address during all reasonable hours until 5th January 2022.
