Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I Robert Palmer give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Orgia 43 Church Street, Falmouth TR11 3EF The application is to authorise the sale of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 0800 2230 and Friday to Saturday 0800 - 2300 A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to (Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 31 December 2021 NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application.
