Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises together with the relevant times:The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00,The provision of late night refreshment: Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
