Proposed development at (a) Land south of Abberd Lane, Calne
1. give notice that (b) Robert Hitchins Limited. having applied to the (c) Wiltshire Council to (d) Residential Development (up to 125 dwellings) including infrastructure, ancillary facilities, open space and landscaping. Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new vehicular access off Sandpit Road is appealing to the Secretary of State against the decision of the Council

** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding anypart of which is comprised in the land.
