NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
LEVEL 828 LTD is applying to the Licensing Authority of Barnet Council for a new premises licence at 828 GROUD FLOOR, HIGH ROAD LONDON N12 9RA if granted it will allow the following licensable activities: To sell alcohol ON the premises between 1000 and Midnight on Mondays to Saturdays and 10 and 2300 on Sundays, And provide Late Night Refreshments between 2300 Midnight on Mondays to Saturdays.  Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice, to be received no later than 29th December 2021. The full application can be viewed at the above address of the Licensing Authority Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm excluding bank holidays. It is an offence to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary of conviction to a fine of any amount.
