(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.24) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To Implement No Waiting at any Time on both sides of Mowbray Road, Harlow from Its junction with Howard Way, east for approximately 17.2 metres. This Order will be Incorporated Into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TL455107 revision 1 to revision 2.
Date of operation: The Order will come Into operation on 10 December 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that ft is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Beaconfield Avenue, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beaconfield Avenue, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 35m southwest of its junction with Beaconfield Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU026008110CCDS-001001 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer repair works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Beaconfield Road, Beaconfield Way, Beaconfield Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Canes Lane, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Canes Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Hastingwood Roundabout for a distance of approximately 225m in a southerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Canes Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1730m northwest of its junction with Canes Lane Roundabout to its junction with Hastingwood Roundabout a distance of approximately 200m.
3. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above lengths of Canes Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, for the duration of the closure only.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while road lining removal and installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Forest Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Forest Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 85m north of its junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001098984 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Chigwell Road, Cross Road, Manor Road (access only to Forest Lane) and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hoe Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Betts Lane for a distance of approximately 345m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS286362A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Betts Lane, Nazeing Common, Middle Street, Hoe Lane and vice versa.

(St Johns Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of St Johns Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Church Hill to its junction with Grasmere Close a distance of approximately 80m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001099968 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Church Hill, Goldings Hill, Lower Road, Clays Lane, Baldwins Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.12) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 16th December 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
