Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To Implement No Waiting at any Time on both sides of Mowbray Road, Harlow from Its junction with Howard Way, east for approximately 17.2 metres. This Order will be Incorporated Into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TL455107 revision 1 to revision 2.
Date of operation: The Order will come Into operation on 10 December 2021.

(Beaconfield Avenue, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beaconfield Avenue, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 35m southwest of its junction with Beaconfield Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU026008110CCDS-001001 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer repair works are undertaken by Thames Water.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Canes Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Hastingwood Roundabout for a distance of approximately 225m in a southerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Canes Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1730m northwest of its junction with Canes Lane Roundabout to its junction with Hastingwood Roundabout a distance of approximately 200m.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Forest Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 85m north of its junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001098984 - Cadent). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 16th December 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
