THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (SALISBURY) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING, TAXI RANK CLEARWAYS AND ON STREET PARKING) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2013 (AMENDMENT N0.26) ORDER 2021
Notice is hereby given that on 1 December 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Salisbury Consolidation Order 2013 by revoking IK84 (Zone E) and IL84 (Zone E) dated 25/03/2019, IL83 (Zone E) dated 18/06/2018, IM83 (Zone F) dated 15/02/2016 and IM84 (Zone F) dated 11/02/2013 and replacing them by the insertion of Map Schedule Nos IK84 (Zone E), IL83 (Zone E), IL84 (Zone E), IM83 (Zone F) and IM84 (Zone F) dated 13 December 2021 the effect of which will be as follows: To revoke No waiting at any time on the following lengths of road: Friary Lane - east side - from a point 9 metres north of its junction with the access to Lacock House Car Park to a point 14 metres north of that junction; Friary Lane - east side - from a point 44 metres north of its junction with the access to Lacock House Car Park to a point 50 metres north of that junction; Friary Lane - west side - from a point 9 metres north of its junction with the access to Glastonbury House Car Park to a point 24 metres north of that junction. To revoke No waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm on the following lengths of road: Brown Street - east side - from a point 11 metres north of a point in line with the centreline of the vehicular access to Chequers Court to a point 4 metres south of that centreline; Brown Street - west side - from a point 15 metres south of a point in line with the boundary between Nos. 84 and 86 Brown Street to a point 12 metres south of a point in line with the boundary between Nos. 100 and 102 Brown Street; Carmelite Way - north side - from a point 8 metres east of its junction with Carmelite Way (Southern Spur) to a point 15 metres west of that junction; Carmelite Way - south side - from a point 7 metres west of its junction with Carmelite Way (St. Osmund's School Access Road) to a point 40 metres west of that junction. To revoke Loading only 8am-6pm on the east side of Brown Street - from a point 4 metres north of a point in line with the centreline of the vehicular access to Cross Keys Arcade (Queen Street) to a point 9 metres south of a point in line with that vehicular access. from its junction with A36 for a distance of 200 metres in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer repairs and associated works. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL PARISH OF DURRINGTON FOOTPATH 15 (PART) EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2021
The above order, made on 29 November 2021, under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will extinguish the entire width of that length of footpath, over land at Durrington Field, The Packway, Durrington, leading from OSGR SU1474-4421 in a broadly south westerly direction for approximately 354m to OSGR SU 1441-4409.
