THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that Caddy Shack Golf Durham Ltd has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 23J WALDON HOUSE, MANDALE BUSINESS PARK, BELMONT, DURHAM DH1 1TH For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: - Sale by retail of alcohol, on sales only & the provision of regulated entertainment (to include recorded music indoors) Monday to Sunday inclusive 10.00 00.00. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
