Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Longlands Tavern at 24 Western Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 3XU. The application includes the following terms:To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol daily from 23:00hrs to tKMJOhrs with the premises closing to the public 30 minutes thereafter. To enable Regulated Entertainment and the provision of late-night refreshment (as specified in the application) to be provided when the Premises are open For the sale of alcohol. To vary the approved licensing plan to include the premises' existing beer garden to the rear of the premises for the purpose of allowing the retail sale of alcohol.
