Premises Licence Application

We Pengelly Weddings Ltd give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Barn at Pengelly, Trispen, Truro, Cornwall, TR4 9BG The application is for a purpose-built wedding venue to hold licensable activities that include regulated entertainment between 11:00 and 00:00, and the supply of alcohol between 12:00 and 00:00 Monday to Sunday. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin, PL31 2FR or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk no later than 5th January 2022. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
