Premises Licence Application

THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we, MA&AZ Investement Limited, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Belle Vue WMC, 16 Commerical Street, Crook, DL15 9HP for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Provision of Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Anything of a similar description (Indoors) Monday to Saturday 11:00 00:00, Sunday 11:00 23:00. Sale by retail of alcohol (Consumption on the premises) Monday to Saturday 11:30 00:00, Sunday 11:30 23:00. An additional hour at the end of normal hours on Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, additional hour at the end of normal hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays before a Bank Holiday Monday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30pm.
