NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: The Reach Free School, Long Lane, Mill End, Rickmansworth WD3 8AB
Take notice that application is being made by: The Reach Free School on behalf of the Department of Education.
For planning permission to: Variation of conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 of planning permission reference 21/1890/FUL to reflect proposed new permanent access arrangements onto/from Uxbridge Road (A412) and Long Lane, associated landscaping and ancillary works.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RL.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non -agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
