NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10 OF APPLICATION FOR NON-MATERIAL CHANGES TO PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at The Reach Free School, Long Lane, Mill End, Rickmansworth WD3 8AB
Take notice that application is being made by: The Reach Free School on behalf of the Department of Education.
For non-material (Section 96A) changes to planning permission to: Amend the description of development of planning permission reference 16/1523/FUL to remove reference to a roundabout, as follows:
Description of Development on application reference 16/1523/FUL:
"Construction of a new secondary school incorporating construction of a two storey academic building; ancillary sports hall and facilities; playing fields and landscaping bund; together with new car parking areas; dropoff and related highways works including a new roundabout to facilitate access"
Proposed Amendment of description of Development to application reference 16/1523/FUL:
"Construction of a new secondary school incorporating construction of a two storey academic building; ancillary sports hall and facilities; playing fields and landscaping bund; together with new car parking areas; drop-off and related highway works including a new roundabout to facilitate access."
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RL.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 14 days of the date of this notice.
