NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mary Christine Matthews deceased late of 8 West Way Bournemouth Dorset BH9 3EE who died on Twenty-fifth January 2014 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for Robert Michael Aitkenhead the Executor on or before Eleventh April 2014 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall have had notice.
