LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE Take notice that on 26 November 2021, I, Michelle Priestley at PinkHouse Distillery of 18 Main Street Bishopthorpe, York, YO23 2RB made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises PinkHouse Distillery, 18 Main Street Bishopthorpe, York, YO23 2RB, 24 hours online only, Mon-Sun. The Licensing Application register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk Representations must be received by no later than 24 December 2021 being within in a 28- day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows: Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises by fulfilment of online orders only. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
