THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Gurdeep Rai, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 29 Rutland Road, Moorside, Consett, DH8 8EF for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol (Consumption off the premises) Monday to Sunday 07:00 22:00 Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing and received by 21st December 2021 Under the current circumstances these can be emailed to licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
