) for a Premises Licence for Mercure Newport at Chartist Tower, Upper Dock Street, Newport, NP20 1DW.The application includes the following terms: 1. To enable sale of alcohol, recorded music and films Monday to Sunday 10.00-00.30 the following mornings (and sale of alcohol and films 24 hours a day to hotel residents and guests). 2. To enable the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 2100-00.30 the following mornings.
3. To enable the following licensable activities for extended hours on New Year's Eve as specified in the application. The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri.
