(Cherry Orchard Lane, Rochford) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 3 and 3(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a Prohibition of Motor Vehicles on the following length of Cherry Orchard Lane, Rochford, in the District of Rochford.

Cherry Orchard Lane, Rochford
From its junction with newly constructed Southend Airport Business Park access road, northwards for approximately 56 metres,
Date of Operation: The Order will come into operation on 3 December 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Barling Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barling Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 415m south west of its junction with Little Wakering Road for a distance of approximately 290m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC4H1K6J001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Mucking Hall Road, Barling Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Christopher Martin Road, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Christopher Martin Road, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Honywood Road to its junction with East Mayne a distance of approximately 540m. The works are scheduled to commence on 6th January 2022 for 37 days (The closure is for 5 nights only within this duration 21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153064162 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Honywood Road, Paycocke Road, East Mayne and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Love Lane, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Love Lane, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with High Mead for a distance of approximately 60m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008FAA3773K - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Love Lane, Leasway and vice versa.

(Norwood Drive, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Norwood Drive, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Essex Way to its junction with St Marys Drive a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th December 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321312 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Queensmere/Parkfields, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Queensmere/Parkfields, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from the junction with Woodburn Close to the junction with Cranbrook Avenue a distance of approximately 246m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit
(EP201EH2297745 & 45A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the construction of layby is undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Parkfields, Elizabeth Way, Windsor Gardens, Rayleigh Road, Queensmere and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rushbottom Lane, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Rushbottom Lane, Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Eversley Road to its junction with Stansfield Road a distance of approximately 145m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321516 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Various Roads, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.3) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the Borough of Basildon as detailed in the Schedule.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
3. "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 9th December 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Virgin Media.
The Order will come into effect on 9th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.10) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting,
No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force. "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Benfleet Road, Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 135m southwest of its junction with Alderwood Way for a distance of approximately 45m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th December 2021 for 1 night (19:00-22:30), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO59460604 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway and carriageway maintenance works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via High Road, London Road, Bread and Cheese Hill, Kiln Road, Rayleigh Road and vice versa.
