NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

For planning permission to: Description of proposed development "Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for access into the site) for up to 600 dwellings including up to 75 units sheltered housing of accommodation, the proposed provision primary school of up to two forms of entry and associated early years provision (if education uses are not provided then the land will be used for residential purposes with no increase in the overall quantum of dwellings) and provision of public open space including associated landscape planting with associated infrastructure, drainage measures and earthworks and provision of new footpath/cycleway route towards Coggeshall as well as all other associated works."
