LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we Omnium Leisure Ltd have made an application on 26th November 2021 to Warrington Borough Council to Vary a Premises Licence at Level, 2 Rylands Street, Warrington, WA1 1EN. The application is to vary hours for regulated entertainment (Films, Sporting Events, Live Music, Recorded Music, Dance), Late Night Refreshment & Sale of Alcohol every Friday & Saturday from 10.00 04.00 with opening hours every Friday & Saturday from 10.00 04.30. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 24th December 2021 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
