Premises Licence Application

Public Notice Section 17, Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given by Eiry Wyn Bellis that on the 16th November 2021 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises Y Sled, 1 Meigan Fach, Blaenffos, Pembrokeshire. The application relates to the off sales of alcohol. Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to the Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest. . Representations must be submitted by 14th December 2021 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
