Notice is hereby given that I, Michael Lavelle, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as COXHOE LEISURE CENTRE, LINDEN GROVE, COXHOE, CO DURHAM. DH6 4DW .A variation is sought to :-Extend the current hours for regulated entertainment and add plays, films and late night refreshment from 07:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Current hours are 09:00 – 02:00. Also to add the sale of alcohol from 11:00 – 23:00 Sunday to Thursday inclusive and 11:00 – 02:00 Friday and Saturday. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham.
