NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors or others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of Cheryl Elise Kendall Gillan late of 9 Walnut Close Epsom Surrey KT18 5JL who died on the 4th April 2021 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 30th January 2022 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
