ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Bushwood Road, Kew
(Ref: 21/200)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Bushwood Road, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Bushwood Road between a point outside No, 30 Bushwood Road and a point outside No. 40 Bushwood Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 3 December 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 09.30 to 15.30 on 3 December 2021 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Bushwood Road, Maze Road, Priory Road and Kew Road and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Cross Street, Hampton Hill.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Cross Street between its junction with High Street, Hampton Hill and a point outside No, 29 Cross Street.
3. The order will come into effect on 8 December 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 09.30 to 15.30 on 8 December 2021 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via High Street, Hampton Hill, East Bank Road, Edward Road and Windmill Road.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Princes Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Princes Road from a point outside No. 38 Princes Road to a point outside No. 50 Princes Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 7 December 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 7 December 2021 until 10 December 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Audley Road, Kings Road, Sheen Road and Worple Way and via Worple Way, Albert Road and Audley Road.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleansing works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Springfield Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Springfield Road from its junction with Hospital Bridge Road, westwards for a distance of 50 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 4 December 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 09.30 until 15.30 on 4 December 2021 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Hospital Bridge Road, Longford Road and Warburton Road.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure at the junction of Thames Bank and Williams Lane, Mortlake.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Thames Bank and Williams Lane from a point 10 metres either side of that junction..
3. The order will come into effect on 13 December 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 20.30 on 13 December 2021 until 05.30 on 14 December 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Williams Lane, Lower Richmond Road and Ship Lane.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Vicarage Road between its junction with Palewell Common Drive and a point outside No. 22 Vicarage Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 4 December 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 4 December 2021 until 13 December 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Vicarage Road, East Sheen Avenue, Park Avenue, Palewell Park and Richmond Park Road.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Water Lane between its junctions with Hill Street and Riverside.
3. The order will come into effect on 7 December 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 7 December 2021 until 13 December 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. A signed diversion will be available for vehicles affected by the closure via adjacent streets.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Stanley Road, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Stanley Road, Teddington between its junctions with Stanley Gardens Road and Cadogan Close.
3. The order will come into effect on 28 November 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 22.00 on 28 November 2021 until 05.30 on 29 November 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Stanley Road, Shacklegate Lane, Church Road, Somerset Road, Hampton Road and Broad Street
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

Temporary Closure PROW 228 Footpath Linking Cole Park Road and Mary's Terrace

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate groundwork and landscape works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be
to introduce a temporary closure in a length of PROW 228 - footpath linking Cole Park Road and Mary's Terrace.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall proceed in PROW 228 between Cole Park Road and Mary's Terrace.
3. An alternative route for pedestrians is available via Mary's Terrace, London Road and Cole Park Road and vice versa.
4. The order will come into effect on 6 December 2021. The restrictions will be in force from 6 December 2021 until 7 January 2022 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any person requiring access in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any person requiring access for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
