LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE Of APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th November 2021 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc applied to Vale of Glamorgan Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling
Station, Heol Ceinog, Barry CF63 4BA. The proposed licensable activities are:-1. Supply of alcohol from 0000 to 2400 Monday to Sunday. 2. Provision of late night refreshment from 2300 hours to 0500 Monday to Sunday. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Department, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry CF63 4RU, or by email to

no later than 15th December 2021 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Vale of Glamorgan Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Council offices above during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
