Premises Licence Application

NOTICE OF APPLICATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 I Claire Whalley do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the grant of a premises licence at Ground Floor, 33 High Street, known as Epicure. The Application is for supply of alcohol for off trade from 8:00 - 23:00 and on trade consumption from 11:00 - 23:00 Monday - Sunday. Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Department, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry. CF62 4RU, or by email to licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Reprensentations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the pplication can be viewed at the Civic Offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
