(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.18) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1 ),45,46,49,53 and Paris III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Introduce No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring. Road
Description
Kennedy Way
NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 48.4 metres south-east of its junction with Valleybridge Road, in a south-easterly direction for approximately 25 metres.
SOUTH WEST SIDE:
i) From its junction with the rear entrance to Kennedy House Health Centre Car Park, in a north-westerly direction for approximately 15 metres.
ii) From its junction with the rear entrance to Kennedy House Health Centre Car Park, in a south-easterly direction for approximately 7 metres.
Kennedy House Car Park Access Road
BOTH SIDES:
From its junction with Kennedy Way, south west for approximately 3 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TM180162 revision 0 to revision 1.

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49 and 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
1. To upgrade the existing advisory disabled bays to enforceable Disabled Badge Holders Only bays:

Description
Victory Road, Clacton
EAST SIDE: From the boundary of 28 and 30 Victory Road, northwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres. New sign to be installed.
2. To revoke Disabled Badge Holders Only restrictions:

Description
Manor Road, Harwich
WEST SIDE: from a point at the boundary of numbers 74 and 76 Manor Road, southwards for a distance of approximately 6.6 metres. Sign to be removed from property wall.
Newgate Street, Frinton & Walton
EAST SIDE: from a point 1.1 metres from the boundary of number 2 Newgate Street, northwest for a distance of approximately 5.5 metres. Sign and post to be removed.
3. To implement Disabled Badge Holders Only restrictions:

Warwick Road, Clacton
SOUTHEAST SIDE: from a point at the southern boundary of number 28 Warwick Road, north easterly for a distance of approximately 4.8 metres. Sign to be installed on wall of property number 28.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (District of Tendring) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TM245 310 Revision 1 to Revision 2, TM165152 Revision 0 to Revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 3 December 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
