Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 Late Night Refreshment . We Stacks Mcr, have applied for a new premises license for the cafe/ takeaway at 37 Old Road, Failsworth, M35 0BQ. The license, if granted, is to allow us to serve late night refreshment up until midnight (12:00am). Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Oldham Metropolitan Council, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA.The application can also be viewed at the above address during office hours. Representations should be made by 17th December 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
