A & R Elite Scaffolding Ltd of Merrydale Works Linford Road, Chadwell St Mary Grays RM16 4LQ is applying to change an existing licence as follows: to change existing undertaking applying at the operating centre at Merrydale Works Linford Road, Chadwell St Mary Grays RM16 4LQ from “No maintenance of any authorised vehicles to be undertaken at the operating centre” to No maintenance of any authorised vehicles to be undertaken at the operating centre except between 11.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m. Monday to Saturday, between 11.00 p.m. on Saturdays and 7.00a.m.on Sundays and between 11.00p.m.on the day preceding Bank Holidays and 7.00 a.m. on those days. To remove the following condition or undertaking which reads “No maintenance of any authorised vehicles to be undertaken at the operating centre” and which applies at the operating centre at Merrydale Works Linford Road, Chadwell St Mary Grays RM16 4LQ. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s), who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
