The application is to provide. The sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 12.00 to 23.00. Christmas Eve 12.00 to 00.30. New Year's Eve 12.00 to 00.30. Hours open to the public. Monday to Sunday 12.00 to 23.30. Christmas Eve 12.00 to 01.00. New Year's Eve 12.00 to 01.00. Any person wishing to make representations to this application, may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, Conwy LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authorities address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
