LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE Notice is given that I, K I R Wirral West Ltd of Penny Lane Business Centre, 374 Smith Down Road Liverpool Merseyside L15 5AN have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Pina Loca, of 24 Allport Lane, Bromborough, Wirral, CH62 7HP for the following Licensable Activities: Nature of Licensable Activity: Sale of alcohol and recorded music. Days and Hours Requested: Mon Friday 11.00 00.00. A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by e-mail to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 5th December 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
