Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted is Barrow Borough Council, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness, LA14 2LD. Any owner of the access lane from the highway to the proposed site who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.
