Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Trustees Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Gillian Anne Apperley deceased late of 12A Waterloo Crescent Ryde Isle of Wight PO33 3QP who died on the 12th August 2021 are required to send particulars thereof in writing of their claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 24th January 2022 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice
