(Coke Street, Harwich) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coke Street, Harwich in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 10m south east of its junction with Stour Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM58476352 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Stour Road, Pepys Street, Albemarle Street, Coke Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Heath Road, Mistley & Windmill Road, Bradfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Heath Road, Mistley and Windmill Road, Bradfield in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Harwich Road to the junction with Steam Mill Road a distance of approximately 2070m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th December 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322119 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Harwich Road, Jenkins Hill, Brickmans Hill, Ship Hill, Station Road, The Street, Heath Road, Cansey Lane, Barrack Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hungerdown Lane, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hungerdown Lane, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 235m north east of its junction with Tile Bam Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th November 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MT00110150429 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Hungerdown Lane, Tile Barn Lane, Harwich Road, Wignall Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 12th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
