Proposed development at: Palmerston Way Battersea London SW8 4AJ; 1-3 Havelock Terrace Battersea London SW8 4AS; The Pavilion Public House 1 Bradmead London SW8 4AG; and Flanagan's of Battersea Public House 133 Battersea Park Road London SW8 4AG (Site known as 'Palmerston Court')
We give notice that: Urbanest UK Battersea Limited Is applying to The London Borough of Wandsworth to make non-material amendments to a planning permission as follows:
"Amendments to planning permission dated 8* March 2021 (Reference No: 2020/2837); NAMELY: (i) refinements to the building bases and entrances; (ii) amendments to fenestration and facade articulation; (III) amendments at roof level to the approved parapet heights of Blocks B and D; (iv) amendments to the approved floorplans; (v) amendments to the student amenity provision."
