NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Zamcorp FXXXII Ltd has applied to Epping Forest District Council on 10 November 2021 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Zambrero 295 High Road Loughton IG10 1AH for the sale by retail of alcohol from Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 22:30 and Friday to Saturday 10:00 to 23:00 as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Epping Forest District Council Civic Offices Licensing 323 High Street Epping CM16 4BZ to be received by no later than 8 December 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website

or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
