During my bout of Covid 191 would like to give special thanks to Dr. O'Donnell, Irvinestown Health Centre for setting up my Home Care Team, to the Hospital at Home Team for all their support and medical care. To Dr Irima Carp, Mary, Claire, Stacey, Sarah, Emma, Vicky and Ann Marie. To have been able to stay at home and have the Team come in 3 times a day and have my partner Geraldine 24 hours a day, * * I could not have been better cared for. * *
