LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE TAKE NOTICE that Parker Cocktail Bars Limited have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as 13 Swadford Street, Skipton, BD23 1RD FOR the Retail Sale of Alcohol (On premises only) Monday to Saturday 12:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 23:00. Also Live Music Monday to Sunday 20:00 to 23:00 and Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 00:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 3rd December 2021. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
